Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. Doctor of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University. Diplomate in Neurology from New York College of Chiropractic. Practiced Chiropractic for over 30 years during which served two terms on the Peer Review Committee of the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Has retired from Chiropractic but continues to want to help people with the skills honed over 30 plus years doing cranial work.
About the work I do:
Cranial Work as a technique was originally developed (by a Mankato osteopath) for working on the head, and it is quite effective for relieving headaches & jaw pain. But now we know it can also be effectively applied to pain and discomfort anywhere in the body.
First, I will listen to you describe your symptoms, then I will use my hands to find what your body needs in the places where you have told me that you feel challenged, as well as more distant places that may be contributing to your discomfort. I will apply gentle pressure to go with the patterns of flow that your body presents to my hands.
This way I am able to free blockages to the movement of muscles, joints, nerves, blood vessels and internal organs, reducing your pain and restoring your normal function.
After thirty-five years of taking care of my patients with Chiropractic, I now look forward to helping you with your health concerns by continuing to practice Cranial Work with you. Each one of you is unique and deserves unique care. I am here to give that to you.
